How it works
The service is available to anyone of any age who would like to feel safer, reassured and independent in their own home.
Choose a service
Purchase one of our core services, Monitoring Only or Monitoring & Responding.
Select an Add-on
Select an add-on service to compliment your chosen core service, some are required*.
Installation
We will install the equipment for your chosen services and test that they are working.
Help at hand
Our control team will monitor activations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
*If you choose the Monitoring & Responding service you are required to get a Key Safe Box so that our responding team or the emergency services can access your home in an emergency.

Price per property- Provide one key to your property
- Secure Key Safe Box supplied and fitted holding the key
- Only accessible in emergencies by our responding team (Monitoring & Responding only) your nominated contacts or the emergency services

Price per property- Specialist Smoke Detector supplied and fitted
- 24-hour connection to our control team – if smoke is detected it activates the alarm unit in your property
- Key Safe Box required: £69.40 one-off cost
