We supply the equipment and monitor it 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, dispatching our responders when you need them most.

If you activate your alarm our 24-hour control team will be called to assess your situation and establish what help is needed. Where necessary, we will alert your nominated contact(s), dispatch our responding team or call the emergency services.

How it works

The service is available to anyone of any age who would like to feel safer, reassured and independent in their own home.

Mobile Button

You’ll get a lightweight mobile button which you can wear as a pendant or on the wrist.

Key Safe Box

A secure Key Safe Box will be installed at your home so that we can gain access in an emergency.

Easy Activation

If you feel unwell or suffer a fall simply press your lightweight mobile button.

Help at hand

Where necessary our 24-hour control team will dispatch our responding team or emergency services.

Responders are based in Ipswich, allowing for quick and effective response times.

Please note that with this service YOU MUST have a Key Safe Box at your property. This can be supplied and installed by the HEARS service or privately.
