How it works
The service is available to anyone of any age who would like to feel safer, reassured and independent in their own home.
Mobile Button
You’ll get a lightweight mobile button which you can wear as a pendant or on the wrist.
Contacts
You give us details of your three nominated contacts who will be called in an emergency.
Easy Activation
If you feel unwell or suffer a fall simply press your lightweight mobile button.
Instant Response
Our 24-hour control team will immediately alert your nominated contacts to assist you.
If we can’t reach you or your nominated contact(s), your GP or the emergency services will be called.
Our responding team DO NOT respond to the Monitoring Only service.
